The Notice must include your name and contact information, information sufficient for Ross to identify the transaction at issue, and a description of the nature and basis of the claim (including the facts you rely on) and the specific relief sought. If Ross intends to seek arbitration, Ross will send a Notice to the contact information we have on file.
